Car2Go is an innovative program in Austin that offers mobility around the City without have to own a car. Members of Car2Go receive an electronic card that allows access to Smart Cars located anywhere in the City. CEO Nicolas Cole and Director of Marketing, Paul DeLong discuss the innovative program that has been operating as a pilot in Austin. You may visit the Car2Go website. Steve Amos, the Co-Director for Green Ribbon Schools in Austin Texas describes his green initiative in Texas schools. He is helping encourage students to implement environmental and energy savings project in their school. His goal is to reach out to 10,000 students on Facebook to join the non-profit Green Ribbon Schools.
